The recent years have witnessed an odd phenomenon that the warm-hearted who offer care or help tend to be wronged,reproached ,or even charged.After several reports of such kind,it has aroused/provoked heated discussion and profound thought as to whether we should offer help or not.
As is shown in a on-line poll,more than 60% say they will never give a hand on such occasions in case of unnecessary potential troubles.And less than 30% insist on offering help regardless of the possible nuisance,as a member of the society.
According to the on-line analysis,the root of the odd phenomenon might go deep into one of the following three major aspects.Those who were helped were in such unconsciousness or panic that they failed to tell the truth,or they were purposedly distorting/confusing the fact for the sake of some compensation in the favor of himself of his family,or to be more serious,the whole society is being on the vane in terms of responsibility,ethic and morality.
Such a phenomenon would have a great impact on the construction of a harmonious society,so it is high time for actions and measures to be taken by individuals,by the society and by the government,to avoid the repetition of such sad stories.
近年来出现了一个奇怪的现象,好心帮助他人者反而被冤枉受责,甚至受罚.继一些相关报道的出现后,“帮还是不帮”已经引起了公众激烈的争论与深刻的思考.

其实个人的想法是不同的,帮的肯定是心肠好的,不帮的也不一定是心肠不好的,只是不想受害而已
