Just arrived at the office and yes I was about to tell you on the way regarding the panel lights yesterday we contacted both our partners in Germany and one informed us that the warm white panel light did not work continuously and failed to light up for about under 20 secs.and now they cannot continue with their test.The cool white was okey.The other partner tested their pair and was able to light up both warm white cool white properly.
We are only left with one warm white and one cool white here in our showroom as we have sent the rest to our distributors here in the Philippines.So now the problem is with one of our German partner with that warm panel light that failed.We are hoping you could send us another warm white panel so they could continue with their test.
Please let us know right away so you could ship it out today without delay.No suspension cables are required as we have already sent one.
