最近想投德国的那个crystal research and technology 杂志 投稿指南中有句话不理解 想请教大家下
The name, complete postal address, e-mail address, phone and fax numbers of the corresponding author must be given on a separate page of the manuscript. Please, add also the short title, running title, keywords, and PACS codes.
1.这几项是不是和全文一起的,用同一个word文档?是放最后一页吗?
2.写这些的格式是什么,前面还用不用加提示,如
short title：~~~~~
running title：~~~~~
keywords：~~
PACS codes：~~~~
上传时,要填写文章有多少页,还要不要算上这一页?
3. 上传文件的时候是不是得上传单晶的cif文件
另外,还有什么需要注意的问题,麻烦大伙告示下,谢谢大家!

谢谢大家啊 ,不过题目作者作者地址关键词pacs都在第一页了,接下来就是正文了我还想问下他是说这些要放在文章的单独一页,（given on a separate page of the manuscript）,那这些是不是还要再写一遍啊,谢谢

given on a separate page of the manuscript!看清楚没有?是放在manuscript的单独一页,这里不是有个of吗?楼主你的英语基础不行哦.separate的意思是叫你不要在这页写别的东西,比如摘要关键词什么的,这都是放在manuscript的第一页,后面的页面接着摘要关键词引言,明白了吗?不需要把它单独作为一个文档

• The structure of the paper should be: title of the paper, author(s) name, institution with complete address(es) of the author(s), keywords, PACS codes, abstract, main text (including figures, figure captions, tables, and table captions), acknowledgements, references.

• The name, complete postal address, e-mail address, phone and fax numbers of the corresponding author must be given on a separate page of the manuscript. Please, add also the short title, running title, keywords, and PACS codes.

这个期刊我师兄中过,但是具体的投稿过程我不太清楚.只知道关于CIF,如果你是做单晶的那么就上传,如果不是做单晶的就不用理会（师兄当时写的是一篇关于一种无机材料微观形貌的文章）

抱歉,过了三天才回,不知道LZ的文章投了没,具体的格式就是你信中写的这样:
short title：~~~~~
running title：~~~~~
keywords：~~
PACS codes：~~~~
这样写就可以了.
至于CIF文件我也不清楚,因为我的不是做单晶的.
