随着人们生活水平的提高,网络经济的飞速发展,中国企业的网络营销也进入一个快速发展的阶段.面对竞争如此激烈的市场环境,为了能够提高公司的市场占有率,为企业的增加更多的赢利点,阿里巴巴公司于2003年投资4.5亿元创办淘宝网.淘宝网基于诚信为本的准则,从零做起,在短短的2年时间内,迅速成为国内网络购物市场的第一名,占据了中国网络购物70％左右的市场份额,创造了互联网企业发展的奇迹.
本论文以阿里巴巴公司旗下的淘宝网为研究对象,结合网络营销学等原理的运用,分析了其目前淘宝网的网络营销模式.本论文共包括四部分,其中第一部分主要就论文中涉及的网络营销的概念、策略组合等进行了简单的介绍；第二部分主要介绍淘宝网网络营销模式的现状并进行分析；第三部分主要阐述淘宝网的网络营销模式的形成机理；第四部分是本人分析的淘宝网网络营销模式中存在的问题并给出其解决对策；最后总结了全文.

With the improvement of people's living standards,the rapid development of the network economy,Chinese enterprises have entered the network marketing a rapid development stage.In such a highly competitive market environment,in order to improve the company's market share,for the increase in business more profitable,Alibaba in 2003,Taobao founder of investment 450 million yuan.Taobao based on integrity-based criteria,from scratch,in a short period of 2 years,quickly became the market's first online shopping,online shopping in China occupy about 70 percent of the market,and created a Internet enterprise development miracle.
In this paper,to Alibaba's Taobao for the study,the combination of network marketing principles,such as the use of its current Taobao's online marketing model.In this paper,including a total of four parts,of which the first part of the main paper on the concept of network marketing,portfolio strategy,such as a brief introduction to the second part introduces Taobao network marketing model and the status of the third part of the main Taobao on the network marketing model the formation mechanism of the fourth part is my analysis of the network marketing model Taobao the problems that exist in and give their solutions; summed up the full text of the final.
