The shipment NO.257 was arrived to Victoria Port at 8:00 this morning ,one week later as said in contract .After random checking for 3 containers,a serious water ruined damaged was found in more than 80% of what was checked .The outer package is perfect and inner ones are ruined.So I wonder what had happened during the packaging process or the delivering to the stock?The rest cargo I have to have a careful check and I am afraid that would cost us more time and fees.
Your investigation and early reply would be appreciated.

I living nearby your store.Last Wednesday.I came to your shop with the intention to buy an icebox.An sales man called Jame recommended me to LG3209 for the described specification by your man matched my requirements especially the size of Frozen Room.For the sake of trust of neighborhood ,I paid.The product was send to me last night ,after dispatching ,I found the real size of Frozen Room is smaller than what was described by your salesman.And other components’ sizes are mostly not so accurate as what your man said.I visited him and he told me that the real size is the same as that of sheet ,However ,I didn’t found in your shop an ideal one again and I was told by Jame that I could change another one,but I could not get the reinbursment .Oh my god SalesMan!A salesman could only give a vague and misunderstanding idea!
Now I’d like to know your idea of this way of trading in your shop and I wonder whether the sales man all have such kind of sales skills without the least professional ethics!

我住在你店铺旁边.上个星期三,我去你店里想买个冰箱.一个叫做Jame的售货员看了我特别要求的急冻室大小之后推荐我买LG3209.由于大家是邻居,我就相信然后买了.昨晚那样东西送到来给我了,当我打开包裹,我发现这个冰箱急冻室的实际大小比之前售货员说的要小.而且其他部件的尺寸和那个售货员说的也不一样.我后来去找他,他告诉我说实际大小和单(应该是那种介绍冰箱的性能单)上面说的是一样的.然后,他告诉我说我可以换过另外一台,我后来又找了找,可是还是找不到一台比较理想的,而Jame告诉我我不可以退款(或者是获得赔偿).我的天啊!售货员(我觉得翻译成“有没有搞错?”可能会更好一点)!一个售货员只能给我模糊不请的信息而且误导我.
现在,我想知道你对你店里这样一种交易买卖的方式有什么看法.我想知道是不是所有的售货员都这样,只有销售的技巧,而没有职业道德呢?
