本设计简单介绍了西门子S7-200系列PLC在水处理中的运用,以及自来水处理的简单工艺过程及原理.介绍了水厂PLC控制系统的构成与硬件设备,着重阐述了PLC在自动加氯系统中的运用,最终将出厂水余氯含量控制在一定范围内.加氯系统分为前加氯、后加氯、补加氯.前加氯采用与水流量成比例投加,后加氯与补加氯根据余氯值采样值与设定值构成闭环系统,采用PID控制规则,输出模拟量对加氯机的调节阀进行开度控制从而达到控制目的.并且利用STEP7编程软件对自动加氯程序进行了梯形图的设计,实现了对加氯系统的自动控制,以实现水处理过程中的无人化与智能化.
The design is simple and introduces the application of Siemens S7-200 series of PLC in water treatment,water treatment and simple process and principle.This paper presents the construction and hardware devices in PLC control system,focuses on the application of PLC in automatic chlorination system,will eventually be residual chlorine content is controlled in a certain range.Chlorination system is divided into before chlorination,chlorine,chlorine after repair.Chlorination before use with water flow in proportion to dosage,chlorination and chlorination after chlorine value according to form a closed-loop system with a set value sampling value,using the PID control rules,the output analog control valve on the chlorination machine opening control so as to achieve the control objective.And the use of STEP7 programming software for the design of ladder diagram of the automatic chlorination process,realizes the automatic control of chlorination system,unmanned and intelligent to realize water treatment process.
