在现代信息技术和网络环境下,许多学者从信息技术、动态与静态、利益相关者等角度研究企业集团的财务管理体制.但都可归结为对集权与分权的研究.目前企业集团财务控制模式主要有集权型、分权型、集权分权结合型这三种类型.我国企业集团的发展虽然有了长足的发展,但由于客观外在环境和内部管理机制的限制,我国企业集团一般适宜采用相对集权财务管理模式,而互联网技术和先进的信息通讯技术的发展也为实现该模式提供了技术支持.
在我国,有很多的企业集团都是采用的集权型财务管理体制,因此初步研究集权型财务管理体制,了解集权型财务管理体制的成因,优势和适用条件对我国企业集团的发展具有十分重要的意义.
本文在吸收借鉴他人研究成果的基础上,首先介绍了集权型财务管理体制的基理论,然后分析我国企业集团集权型财务管理体制形成,最后在综合分析我国集权型财务管理优势的基础上,对我国集权型财务管理体制应具备的条件做出归纳.

In China,there are a lot of enterprise groups are based on centralized-type financial management system,so a preliminary study of centralization of power-based financial management system,understand the centralized financial management system-based causes,advantages and application of conditions on the development of enterprise groups in China have a very important significance.
In this paper,and borrowing of others on the basis of research results,first introduced a centralized financial management system,the base-type theory,and analysis of China's enterprise groups,the formation of a centralized-type financial management system,and finally a comprehensive analysis of our financial management advantages of a centralized model based on the right China's authoritarian-type financial management system should possess to make the conditions for induction.
