江苏省充分地利用了它沿海地理优势和毗邻上海广东等发达地区的辐射作用,以及在外资利用方面取得了较好的经济效应.如对资本的大量积累,技术、管理经验的不断引进,产业水平的继续提升,就业的有效增加和对外贸易竞争力的刺激促进都有积极影响.同时引进的外资在江苏省内也有地区投资上的分布不均,造成收入分配不均,地区经济发展不平衡等问题.对三大产业的投向不均,也同样不利于产业的平衡发展.因此有必要对江苏省的引进外资的现状进行分析,亦通过跟其他省市的比较来分析江苏省利用外资的效益与不足之处,得出引进外资对经济的整体影响,从而提出充分利用外资的经济对策,进一步发挥外商投资对江苏省的经济促进作用.
