For a breach of this promise,the undersigned agrees,for itself and for all the other Obligors,that,without in any manner limiting either the liability of the undersigned or your resources,the undersigned and all of the other Obligors shall forfeit all profits directly or indirectly received as a result of the work performed by the undersigned in breach of these covenants and further,that the undersigned and the other Obligors shall be liable for any direct out of the pocket costs and reasonable legal fees incurred by you in connection with the recovery of such damages.In addition to the foregoing damages,the undersigned agrees,for itself and all of the other Obligors,that you have no adequate remedy at law to fully protect a further breach of this agreement and the undersigned therefore agrees,for itself and for all the other Obligors,that in connection with any breach by the undersigned or any of the other Obligors of the aforesaid agreement,you shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief in any court having jurisdiction over the undersigned or any of the other Obligors.By executing a copy of this agreement and thereby agreeing to be bound by the terms hereof,the undersigned acknowledges,for itself and all of the other Obligors,that it has fully read and understood this agreement and has been afforded the opportunity to have an attorney review the same.
