随着我国经济、政治、文化的不断发展，人口素质也有了明显的提高。人们在追求公平与正义、和谐与发展的过程中，受到了地域差异与贫富分化等因素的阻碍，而教育问题也成为教育发展进程中的绊脚石，因而被首当其冲的提出来。教育机会均等是教育民主化的重要内容，教育公平问题的一个重要表现。从大的方面看，表现在入学机会均等上，从小的方面看，则表现在师幼对话中。而现实情况下，后者更为重要。因此在教育教学活动中，教师在师幼平等对话方面起到至关重要的作用。一方面，教师是师幼互动资源的控制者，教师自身对不同幼儿的态度和教育方式，会直接影响到幼儿在园受教育机会的程度，而另一方面，教师的行为又受到诸多方面因素的制约。所以，要关注教师的行为表现，找出各方存在的问题，分析问题产生的原因，并提出解决策略，对相关问题进行总结，才能更好的促进幼儿的发展。
