摘要 随着我国经济不断发展,中小企业获得了迅猛发展,其重要作用也日益显现.中小企业不仅解决了大量的就业问题,方便了人民群众的生活,而且在国民经济发展中扮演了重要角色.但长期以来,由于我国中小企业的高速发展都是以资源的大量消耗为代价,在财务上表现为成本高、盈利少,这成了障碍中小企业实现可持续发展的一个重要原因.同时在国际金融危机的形势下,粗放式的生产经营模式难以为继,因而中小企业在成本控制方面的缺陷进一步凸显.在金融危机持续的背景下,对于经营较为困难的中小企业来说,成本控制更是企业获得利润乃至关乎生存的关键因素,而我国大部分中小企业的成本管理也还处于传统的模式中,这已不能适应成本战略管理的需要,我国中小企业在成本控制方面还有待进一步完善.本文对我国中小企业成本控制现状的分析,探讨当前金融危机形势下面临的挑战,为我国中小企业在当前危机下改善成本控制缺陷、提升成本控制水平提出解决方案.关键词：金融危机,中小企业,成本控制

At the international financial crisis situations, the production management mode vulgar fashion, so small and medium-sized enterprises in the cost control of the defects in further highlights. In financial crisis, under the background of the continuous operation is difficult for small and middle-sized enterprises, cost control is enterprise profit and the key factors for survival, but most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China are still in the traditional cost management mode, it can not meet the need of strategic management, cost of small and medium-sized enterprises in the cost control still needs further improvement. Based on smes cost control, this paper discusses the current situation analysis of financial crises situation challenge for small and medium-sized enterprises in the current crisis of cost control, improve level of ascent cost control solutions.
