(7) GUARANTEE OF QUALITY:质量保证：
THE Sellers shall guarantee that the goods are make of best materials,with first class workmanshipm,brand new,unused and correspond in all respects with the quality,specifications and performance as stipulated in this contract
（8）SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS:
In case the sellers are liable for the discrepancies and a claim is made by the Buyers within the period of claim or quality guarantee as stipulated in clauses 7 of this contract,the sellers shall settle te claim upon the agreement of the buyers in the following way
Replace the defective goods with new ones which conform to the quality of the replacement goods for a further period of 12 months as specified in clause 8 of this contract
(9)ARBITRATION:All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled through friendly negotiations.In case no settlement can be reached through negotiations,the case should then be submitted for arbitration to the third country,.The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing part.
(10)REMARKS:This contract is made out in two original copics,oen copy to be held by each in wimess thereof.

如出卖人承担赔偿责任的差异,并提出索赔是由买家的期限内索赔或质量保证的规定,第7本合同,卖方应解决德索赔的协议,买方以下列方式
替换有缺陷的货物与新的符合质量的替代货物的任务期限再延长12个月内所指明的第8条本合同
（ 9 ）仲裁：一切争端,与本合同或执行情况应通过友好谈判.如果在没有解决可通过谈判达成,该案件,应提交仲裁的第三国.仲裁费用应由败诉的一部分.
（ 10 ）备注：这份合同是在两个原始复印件 ,副本将分别由证人持有.
