随着我国加入WTO及世界经济格局的变化,需要更合适的贸易规则来规范经济贸易,而且经济形势的不断变化,必然导致贸易规则也要不断更新.因此,国际商会根据国际贸易的发展,对《Incoterms2000》进行修订,《Incoterms2010》据此而来,此次修订更好的反应了现代国际贸易的发展,通则内容更加清晰简洁,操作性和指导性也更强.本文从国际贸易解释通则演变背景,国际贸易解释通则具体变化等方面论述了通则2010与2000的主要区别与外贸应用中的技巧应用,并以外贸公司为例,进而说明经济主体在实际国际贸易经济活动中的注意事项.

Abstract
With China joining WTO and world economical system changing, more appropriate trade rules are in need to standardize international trade. Besides, changing situation of economic will lead to change of trade rules accordingly without any doubt. Therefore, international trade union, according to development of international trade, modified INCOTERMS2000, based on which made INCOTERMS2010. This modification indicates the development of modern international trade , makes clearer and briefer common rules which has better operation and guidance. This article in view of background of change of international trade common rules and specific changes in explaination of it and so on, discusses on main difference of common rules between version 2010 and 2000 and skills applicated in international trade, in addtion, with international trade company for example, states tips of economic subjects in real international trade activities.
