6.FORCE MAJEUR
6.1.Neither party shall bear responsibility for the complete or partial non-performance of any of its obligations if the non-performance results from such circumstances as flood,fire,earthquake,and other unforeseen disasters,as well as,war or military operations,weather conditions,and any changes in law legislation (customs regulations) of party’s countries taking effect during validity period of present Contract and hampering the fulfillment of present Contract,as well as issuance of subordinate legislation prohibiting fulfillment of its obligations concerning any Party.
If any of such circumstances directly affect the performance of obligations in the time period stipulated in the Contract,this time period is extended correspondingly for a period during which such circumstance last.
The party for which the performance of obligations became impossible is to notify the other party in written form of the beginning,expected duration and cessation of the above circumstances immediately,however,not later than thirty (30) days from the time of their beginning and cessation.The force major notification should be sent together with the official paper signed by the corresponding authorities approving the above circumstances.
6.2.Failure to notify or untimely notification deprives the SELLER of the right to refer any of the above circumstances as a reason relieving from liability for nonperformance of an obligation.

6.不可抗拒力
6.1.任何一方应承担全部或部分不遵守其义务的责任,如果从任何性能如水灾,火灾,地震等情况下,不履行的结果,以及其他不可预见的灾难,以及,战争或军事行动,气象条件,
在法律法规（海关规章的党的国家）到在本合同有效期内的影响和制约了本合同的履行,以及其下属的有关禁止任何缔约方履行义务的法律发行的任何变化.
如果这种情况下任何直接影响的义务在一段时间内的表现在合同规定的,这个时期是相应延长一段时间,期间这样的情况下最后一次.
其中的一方履行义务是不可能成为以书面形式通知了年初的预期持续时间和立即停止上述情况,对方,但不得迟于30（30）天从他们开始和时间停止.
这支部队的主要通知应发送连同上述情况下,批准当局签署了相应的正式文件.
6.2.如不及时通知或通知剥夺的权利,是指由卖方作为对不履行义务的责任减轻上述情形之一的原因.
