随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,市场竞争日趋激烈,市场环境更加复杂多变,我国中小企业面临了一个崭新的局面,要进一步促进中小企业的发展就必须综合考虑复杂多变的内、外环境因素,明确自身发展方向,不断创新和改革,走出一条适合自身发展的新型道路.综观国内外迅速发展壮大的企业与濒临破产的中小企业同时存在,优胜劣汰,两极分化十分明显.中小企业要在复杂多变的环境中谋求生存与发展,战略管理是必不可少的,战略管理是着眼长远,为适应企业内外形势而作出的总体性规划.战略管理的正确与否,关系到中小企业在市场竞争中的生存与发展.它指明了企业在竞争环境中的生存态势和发展方向,进而决定了其最重要的工作内容和竞争方式.同时,随着知识经济时代的到来与深化,使中小企业在发展过程中面临更为严峻的挑战.因此,探讨我国中小企业在管理方面的挑战和问题,实现中小企业管理的创新,对促进我国中小企业管理水平的提高,增强中小企业的竞争力都具有十分重要的意义本文从中小企业在国民经济中的地位入手,提出了中小企业实施战略管理的迫切性,并结合其在实施战略管理过程中存在的几点误区,提出了中小企业发展战略管理的几点建议和对策,力求在中小企业制定企业发展战略时提供理论支持.
