在中小企业发展的过程中,战略管理是起着总体规划的作用.战略的正确选择,是决定着中小企业是否在这场竞争中兴衰成败,而战略管理更是指明了企业在竞争中的发展方向和竞争方式.今天,全球化的市场竞争,已经不仅仅是技术与质量的竞争,而是智慧与经营管理的较量.这种较量的结果是,胜出者将比别人占取更多的市场分额,获得更大的发展机会.而对广大的中小企业而言,这是一次真正的生与死的挑战.面对着生与死的竞争与挑战,我国的企业需要采取的根本性对策是什么?就是企业的战略管理.
