根据以下这首诗回答以下问题:What does the poet say the woods are “lovely, dark and deep’?
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep
It was a darkest evening of the year.
In order to keep promises, the poet had to take miles of ways. And you can see clearly that the poet's mood was quite well from the sentece "of easy wind and downy flake".
That's why the poet said the woods are "lovely, dark and deep".
For your reference.
