随着我国城市化进程步伐的加快,小城市对房地产开发的需求越来越旺盛,为房地产开发商带来巨大商机.但由于小城市特有的经济结构、人员构成及文化特色等因素,决定了小城市房地产营销策略必然不同于大中城市.因此,本文试图通过对敦化市房地产营销策略进行分析,找出其优势及问题所在,并进行解决,进而为其他类似的小城市房地产开发商拟定因地制宜,行之有效的营销策略.对于广大小城市房地产营销具有重要意义.

Along with our country city accelerates the pace of the process,a small city on the real estate development of the growing demand,real estate developers to bring enormous business opportunities.But due to the small city of unique economic structure,personnel and cultural characteristics and other factors,determines the small city real estate marketing strategy is different from big in city.Therefore,this paper attempts to Dunhua City real estate marketing analysis,find out the advantages and problems,and resolve,and other similar small city real estate developers to suit one's measures to local conditions,effective marketing strategies.For the majority of small city real estate marketing has important significance.
