The Study of the Leaving and Retaining of Core Personnel in Small Private Enterprises
A Case Study of Huicai Printing Center in Zhangqiu Municipality
Abstract
At present, the departure of key personnel has become a huge problem for small private enterprises in our country. It is so influential that it even affects the normal operation of different companies. Without core personnel, enterprises will lose their competitive edge in markets. Therefore, it is essential to figure out the factors that bring out this problem of braindrain. Only from the perspective of human resources, can measures be effectively takne to tackle this problem.
The paper starts from the status quo of small private enterprises whose key personnel left their positions. A complete analysis has been carried out around small enterprises. The case of Zhangqiu Municipality has been studied by means of interviews, questionnaires, observation methods and so on. Through the survey of internal employees, causes to the problem has been identified and measures have been taken correspondingly.
