I just received the item yesterday,(4/18) everything was fine including the packaging in the box,but what is disapointing is that you sent me the WRONG BAG!Who packed the item...was it you?Why did you send the wrong bag?I did not choose a bag that has 6 straps!One is 2 gold metal strap,2 pearl beads straps (which I hate pearl)and another 2 gold/leather straps.6 STRAPS TOTAL!What kind of bag is it that has 6 straps?and the LOGO CC is surrounded w/ too many pearl beads.Had I known that you will send me another item like this,I shouldn't have bought it.You should ask me first if i like it if you couldn't find exactly what I wanted.The item you advertised is different from what i received.I cannot return it because I will spend more on shipping because of your big mistake.Also if i return it,you will not refund me on shipping costs that has added to the amount of the bag.Do something,Shenghui,otherwise,I will give you a very bad feedback!
