On May 5,2011,Ambassador Zhang Yesui met with a delegation from AmCham-China at the Embassy.
Ambassador Zhang elaborated on the latest development in China-US relations.He pointed out that President Hu's successful state visit to the United States this January injected new vitality in China-US relations and charted the future course.Ambassador Zhang stressed that China-US relationship is one of the most important relationships in the world and that China and the United States have broad common interests,should work together to enhance mutual trust and cooperation and handle differences properly.He expressed appreciation to AmCham-China for its continuous efforts in expanding business cooperation between the two countries and promoting China-US relations.He hopes that AmCham-China could continue to play a constructive role in the steady growth of China-US relations.
