在知识经济时代下,社会各个领域的工作及业务已经不再限于传统的办公方式,随着信息资源地位的不断增长以及Internet/lnlranet技术的不断发展,如何最大限度的掌握和利用信息已然成为企事业单位信息化建设的核心,一方面,传统的以工作流为中心的办公自动化系统对信息的处理已经不能满足需求,另一方面,网络技术的迅猛发展为信息的利用提供了足够的空间,在这样的环境下,网络办公自动系统应运而生,虽然网络办公自动化系统涉及的领域很多,但是对于基本具备的功能都相差不大,本文进行小型网络办公自动化系统的设计,目的在于通过对办公自动化系统的主要功能的分析与研究,对办公自动化系统做更深的理解,并以山西财经大学为对象,进行相应的系统设计与实现,把研究对象锁定为校园网络办公自动化系统,一方面是因为校园网的蓬勃兴起,给现代校园办公自动化(Office Automation,OA)创造了良好的条件.校园办公自动化系统的使用对减轻行政、教学管理人员的劳动强度、改进办事方式、推动学校信息化建设等都具有十分重要的意义.另一方面原因是因为本身是在校大学生,对于校园这个环境更加熟悉,对于更深刻理解网络办公自动化系统有更实际的帮助,由于本文重点是研究网络办公自动化系统,所以重点在于实现一个比较通用的小型办公自动化系统,可能有些针对于本校的特别功能无法实现,但是会体现在设计思路上,这也是本文的一个欠缺之处!
