There is no consensus of opinion among the company as to how to hire the employees. Some bosses in favor of the idea of hiring the youth. They think the youth have more enthusiasm. While some other bosses argue that they prefer the elder, since those people have more experience.
If I were a boss, I would hire the youth, because the youth have more enthusiasm. They would accept the new ideas and things. They are open mind, which would make my company be more creationary. For experience, I can give them time, since no one is veteran inherently.
