From the data,we can know that many English students choose to be a teacher or to be a national foreign trade documentary manager,although there are many other people prefer other jobs.Also through the research we get the information that a lot of people take a job which is closed related to their major,but we also can have a job far from English.The second language is not used for most of people.We can get the employment information from the internet,social employment,Interpersonal relationship and social practice.At the same time if we want to gain a job opportunity,we should better our resume,skills of the interview,understand the company,speaking skill,English ability,because they all related to whether you can get the job or not.
During our university study,we should try our best to improve our English ability,add our working experience and concurrent job and social practice,also to get more certificates.Expect for BEM4 and BEM8,we have to take an exam to get CET4 and CET6.They maybe benefit to employment.At the same time,we should look for the concurrent job during our part time to gain our social practice experience.Furthermore,the wage is about 2000 to 2500 RMB each month and your wage always between 1000 to 2000 RMB in your first year’s working.So we can’t look forward for the wage too high and it will rise as time goes.
When we did the research,the object of the research advice us that if we are seeking a job,we should consider it more,such as whether it is fit for you or not and why you choose the company and if it is possible,you can make a SWOT to help you make sure which choice is the best for you.After you have a mind to it and finally you get the job,you should better your mind again.Because you are a newcomer,a lot of things are waiting for you to learn.Firstly,you may feel boring because you can do a little work and others are afraid to let you do considering you may go a wrong way.So we should adjust well the mental condition,I think that is why many people frequently change their jobs and always have the view that the job is not what they want and that they can’t go on the boring job.Secondly,treating the work earnestly and having the ability to ready to take advice from others and do not feel ashamed to ask from common people.Thirdly,don’t forget to better your professional skills,especially to practice your spoken English .At last,getting along well with your working partners and you can have a happy mood to go with your working time.
