只有一个谓语,那就是 have thought
They 主语
have for some time thought,谓语,中间插进了一个状语
by free education for all,插入语
下面是宾语从句
they can solve all the problems of a society and build a perfect nation.
宾语从句里倒是有两个谓语,solve 和 build 是并列的.
但是这不是所谓的“一句话不可以有两个谓语”所指的意思.
