Introduction to new era college youth volunteer the construction and improvement of the incentive mechanism, "volunteer" under the impact of culture in foreign countries, voluntary organizations, was formally established in the 1990 s. As lei feng's spirit and the volunteer culture is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, volunteer service field has entered the phase of rapid development, the scale expands unceasingly, the increasing number of volunteers.
