Hello Mark,
Attached is the FAI report for the enclosure EN00416 and EN00420 fabricated in your factory for your reference.
The sample is ok except some miner issues as below,please update your files to close these items before mass production.
1.Welding:
1.1 DSBJ point welded the enclosure cover and base,it doesn’t meet our welding requirement EN00257 Rev1,you can refer to attached EN00257 standard,please update your files to reflect our welding requirement (WI,quality control plan or PFMEA),I will close this no-conformance item once I received the updated documents.
1.2 Blow hole or pin hole defects happened at welding location,DSBJ recommend to use Argon arc welding process to instead carbon dioxide welding process to prevent this kind of problem from happen again,please also update your files to reflect this change and I will close this item once received the updated file form DSBJ.
2.Rain test:
This enclosure meet NEMA 3R outdoor standard and must do rain test 100% according NEMA 3R 250 rain test procedure,please update your files to include the rain test process and I will close this item once received this updated file from DSBJ.
3.Package:
5 layers cardboard box with pallet are recommended for this enclosure packaging.

需满足NEMA 3R 户外标准,必需依据NEMA 3R 250 测试标准进行100%人工淋雨试验,请更新包括淋雨试验在内的文件,一旦收到新的文件,我们将会终止这些项目.
3.Package:（包装）
5 layers cardboard box with pallet are recommended for this enclosure packaging.
建议一个卡板上放五层纸箱.
特说明：每段结尾有句“一旦收到新的文件,我们将会终止这些项目”
其意思是说,当他们收到你们对于本缺点的改善报告后,将视此项为合格项而不再追究.
