= Wang Ping,who was dressed in a red skirt,went to the ball.
第三个问题我觉得应该是正确的,they 指的是别人（they)他们.这句话是说Tricia只要像他们那样坚持寻找下去,她就会幸运的有机会找到她的那只丢失的小狗.
