Britain said developed countries should take the main responsibility of this disaster.Developed countries should help some developing countries,because those developed countries controled more than ninety percent of epidemic prevention drugs,but those developing countries even don't have developed technology to protect themselves from the disaster.
Britain said it's necessary to establish the GISN,and collect the epidemic virus which is found all over the world ,and make the classification research on it.
