To Whom It May Concern,
In order to promote and strengthen the exchange of art and culture between Canada and China,we would like to invite Mr.XXXand Ms.XXXto come to Canada for their personal art exhibition ( in Clarington Art Gallery ) and the intention of looking into the possibility and feasibility of investment in opening an art gallery in Beijing China to dedicate to introducing Canadian artists to China and its art and craft market.The duration of their visit will be from October 26th,2007 to Nov.26th,2007.
Itinery:
October 26-31,2007:pre-exhibition preparation work.(framing,etc.)
November 1,2007,10:30-17:00:move artworks into the exhibition hall.
November 1-2,2007,18:00-21:00:opening ceremony.
November 3,2007,10:00-16:00:Attend the visitors to the exhibition.
November 4,2007:visit Canadian artist:the head of the art department in the Ontario Academy of Art,XXX.Tel:xxxxxx
November 6,2007:Meet with the Visual Arts Centre of Clarington and conduct cultural exchange.
November 10,2007:Visit Canadian Artist Mr.xxx,.Tel:xxxxxxxx November 11,2007:14:00-17:30:Attend the visitors to the exhibition.
November 13,2007:Visit the Clarington Art Gallery.
November 14,2007:16:00-18:00:Closing of the exhibition.
During their stay,they will visit many galleries in Ontario and Quebec including:Oeno Gallery,Art Gallery of Mississauga,Gallery Moos,Galerie Sandra Goldie Gallery,Steward Hall Art Gallery,the Lawless Gallery,Gallery 44,Gallery Arcturus,etc.
Expenses of the visit:
The Clarington Art Gallery assumes responsibility for the costs of insurance of artworks,artwork frames,exhibition renting cost,local transportation and corresponding translators,etc.
Mr.Dong Yihe and Ms.Yin Zhenhua are responsible for traveling costs from China to Canada,and the personal expenditures (food,residence,etc.) during their stay.
