4、衍生金融工具的限制：
(1) 除经社保基金会书面批准,委托资产中金融期货合约的市场价值不能超过委托资产净值（market value of portfolio）（不包括现金及其等价物的市场价值）的10%.
(2) 投资管理人不得采用衍生金融工具,实物证券以及上述两者的组合使得整个委托资产产生杠杆,即投向证券市场的委托资产总体净头寸绝对不能超过委托资产实物资产的价值.投资管理人不得采用上述工具使得整个委托资产形成净空头头寸.
(3) 禁止投资于没有实物资产支持的金融期权合约（uncovered options）.
