摘要本课题主要研究紫甘蓝色素的提取与纯化工艺,以新鲜的紫甘蓝叶为原材料对紫甘蓝色素的提取与纯化条件进行优化.采用常规溶剂提取法提取其中的花色苷,采用大孔树脂吸附法对提取的色素进行纯化.本文优化了紫甘蓝色素的提取工艺,实验得出提取剂料液比为1﹕50、温度为60 ℃、乙醇浓度为60%、提取时间为60 min、pH为1时,提取效果最好.为了得到含量较高、品质更好的花色苷产品,本文通过大孔吸附树脂的筛选和吸附性能研究,对提取液进行纯化精制.通过研究5种大孔吸附树脂对紫甘蓝色素吸附率和解吸率,选择NKA树脂作为紫甘蓝色素的纯化树脂.并对吸附条件进行优化,得出在30℃时,吸附量最大;吸附时间在120—140m in 之间最适宜.对解吸条件进行优化,得出在75%左右的酒精进行解吸最适宜.
Abstract this paper mainly studies the violet cabbage pigment extraction and purification, with fresh purple cabbage leaf Weiyuan material on the extraction of purple cabbage pigment and purification conditions were optimized.
