THIS AGREEMENTmade and effective date on June 25,2014By andbetween TABLETOPSUNLIMITED,INC,23000 S.AVALON BLVD.CARSON,CA 90745 and LAISHUI COUNTY JINXING STONE CO.,LTD.WITNESSETHTABLETOPS UNLIMITED,INC.desires to engage theservices of LAISHUI COUNTY JINXING STONE CO.,LTD.As its non-exclusive buyingagent in certain transactions,and LAISHUICOUNTY JINXING STONE CO.,LTD.desiresto act in the capacity.NOW,THEREFORE,IN consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained,theparties herein do hereby agree as follows:1.TABLETOPS UNLIMITED,INC.appoints LAISHUICOUNTY JINXING STONE CO.,LTD.as its non-exclusive buying agent in :PEOPLE REPUBLICA OF CHINA effective withthe date of this agreement,and to continue until REVOKEDafter notification in writing byeither of the parties that they desire to terminate this agreement; and LAISHUICOUNTY JINXING STONE CO.,LTD.accepts appointment as suchbuying agent pursuant to the terms of this agreement.2.LAISHUI COUNTY JINXING STONE CO.,LTD.shall visit manufacturers inits appointed area,collect samples,submit these samples to :TABLETOPS UNLIMITED,INC and shall report regularly to:TABLETOPS UNLIMITED,INC the market situation and availability ofmerchandise ,and obtain price quotes at which the various items of merchandise which it handles for :TABLETOPS UNLIMITED,INC can be purchase.
