在软件环境下,电源的建模仿真研究对电源的设计起着重要的辅助作用,不仅可以缩短开发周期,还可以降低设计成本,所以电源的建模仿真研究已经成为当今开发开关电源的必不可少的部分.本文的主要内容就是在计算机软件环境下建立全面的AC一DC直流开关电源的仿真模型,并分析和研究各参数对模型性能的影响.
在常用的变换器拓扑的基础之上,本文针对实际应用设计中的AC一DC直流开关电源,详细分析了全桥变换器的工作原理,PWM芯片UC3842的结构、工作原理和控制电路设计,.基于理论设计基础,在ORCADPSPICE的仿真软件下建立控制电路中各分部的单个模型,仿真分析研究参数改变时对各模型的性能的影响,由此根据性能的需要辅助设计挑选合适的参数.在分模型的基础之上建立电路的整体模型,验证设计电路的可行性.
由于设计的AC一DC直流开关电源工作于硬开关模式下,存在着较大的开关损耗,采用软开关模式可以进一步提高效率.移相全桥变换器相对于桥式变换器可以实现软开关,本文将移相全桥变换器的工作原理做了具体分析,并建立了移相全桥软开关的简化模型,仿真研究了开关管的零电压的导通和关断.
