作为一名酒店公关经理应该具备良好的管理素质,心理承受能力,沟通协调能力,优良的品德和职业操守,豁达的性格.
优秀的公关团队是一个优秀的学习型组织,只有具有良好管理素质才能发挥出团队的潜能.公关的本质在于沟通,它的能力在于将方案现实化.从事酒店公关首先就要保证自己的品德修养,而作为一名公关部的经理更是要诚恳待人,作风正派.
我认为自己只能做到上述的两三点,而这个职业是很能磨练人的,我以后也会朝着这个方向去努力.
