However, the negative influence of the television and movies on people's behavior cannot be ignored. Some people are so absorbed in watching TV and movies that it would tend to take them more time on TV. Which is known to all, violence play a common role in film and drama. Some youngster prefer to imitate someone who is awesome from their view in the televisions. In addition, the more time they spend on film which means the less exercise they do.
All in all, we can find a balance between watching TV and doing exercise if we can deal with it properly. Although, the video entertainment has become a popular leisure style, we had better to get intimate with nature.
