5.1 For Imported Supplies
• 10% of the contract price as advance against submission of advance bank guarantee for equivalent amount with validity till completion of successful commissioning along with Performance Bank Guarantee of same amount valid up to expiry of Warranty period.
• 60% of the contract price on pro rata basis,through letter of credit against DDU dispatch of material.The letter of credit shall be opened two months before the scheduled date of delivery for the first consignment.
• 10% of the contract price shall be paid upon mechanical completion of the package.
• 10% of the contract price shall be paid on successful commissioning of the package.
• 10% of the contract price on successful demonstration of Performance Guarantees.

好象涉及到信用证吧,这个是比较麻烦,一般大家都更愿意选择TT,除非没办法才用信用证
进口供应商：
1.按合同价格比率的10%作为定金,以货物的总价及保质期为条件在担保银行开具信用证
2. 按合同价格比率, 60% 在厂方购买原材料后通过DDU的信用证方式支付,应当在第一批货出货前2个月出具.（一般分DDU 和 DDP两种）
3. 10% 机械部分完成后
4. 10% 整体完成后
5. 10% 银行结款后
大概是这个意思吧,信用证我们用得很少,所以不太熟悉中间流程.如果你能提供多些合同内容信息可能有助于翻译.
