求三篇英语口语文章,关于健康,环境,网络,大约200单词左右.重赏.
环境,健康,网络,分别.
有关网络:International Business and Cross-cultural Communication The increase in international business andin foreign investment has created a need for executives with knowledge offoreign languages and skills in cross-cultural communication. Americans,however, have not been well trained in either area and, consequently, have notenjoyed the same level of success in negotiation in an international arena ashave their foreign counterparts. Negotiating is the process of communicatingback and forth for the purpose of reaching an agreement. It involves persuasionand compromise, but in order to participate in either one, the negotiators mustunderstand the ways in which people are persuaded and how compromise is reachedwithin the culture of the negotiation. In many international business negotiationsabroad, Americans are perceived as wealthy and impersonal. It often appears tothe foreign negotiator that the American represents a large multi-million-dollarcorporation that can afford to pay the price without bargaining further. TheAmerican negotiator’s role becomes that of an impersonal purveyor ofinformation and cash. In studies of American negotiators abroad,several traits have been identified that may serve to confirm thisstereotypical perception, while undermining the negotiator’s position. Twotraits in particular that cause cross-cultural misunderstanding are directnessand impatience on the part of the American negotiator. Furthermore, Americannegotiators often insist on realizing short-term goals. Foreign negotiators, onthe other hand, may value the relationship established between negotiators andmay be willing to invest time in it for long-term benefits. In order tosolidify the relationship, they may opt for indirect interactions withoutregard for the time involved in getting to know the other negotiator.有关污染:有关健康(着重于工作与健康的关系):Inmodern society, especially in big cities, hard work has undoubtedly become avery important feature of ordinary people's everyday life. It seems that manypeople are under the impression that their work is becoming more pressing andurgent, and thus they sacrifice more and more leisure time.In thefirst place, with the rapid development of science and technology, work todayis more demanding than it used to be. For example, college graduates nowadayshave to master English, computer science and driving skills before they canfind decent jobs. People have to spend more time acquiring new techniques andskills. And their spare time tends to be fully occupied, not with leisurepursuits, but with work_related pursuits.In thesecond place, competition is becoming more intense. Many people feel anxiousthat they may be “laid_off" if they can't work as hard as others. And they alsofeel at a disadvantage before new graduates. Therefore, it is understandablethat people keep themselves involved in intensely hard work in order topreserve their positions.Theworst aspect of this phenomenon, in my opinion, is that the huge pressure ofwork will gradually affect people's mental health. Excessively hard work meansthat people can never get rid of the fatigue of their work, even in theirleisure time. This means that they can not enjoy a normal life.In a word, in modern life overwork is stealing our leisuretime. However, I believe this problem will be settled eventually with the development of science and technology.
