Do you think Rosa Parks is a hero? Explain your answer.
Slavery was abolished in 1865 in the USA, but Jim Crow Laws creates many laws to restrict black people’s rights.
On December 1, 1955 in Montgomery, Alabama, Parks, age 42, refused to obey bus driver James Blake's order that she give up her seat to make room for a white passenger. That’s not the first time, but Parks' act of defiance became an important symbol of the modern Civil Rights Movement.
My point of view is a women like Rosa Parks is someone who is brave and courage. I could not imagine what does she think, because she knows what she did will cause many trouble, she risqué be arrested, manhandled or beaten…But she still chose to do it. She disobey because she did not care about the consequences. “The more we gave in and complied, the worse they treated us.” That’s why Rosa Parks chose to remain, she fells tired of being treated like that and she might have wanted to stop this vicious circle, then for me she is a hero.

From my point of view, a woman likes Rosa Park is very brave. I could not imagine what did he think at that moment, as she knew what she did would cause many troubles. She might be arrested, manhandled or beaten… But she still chose to do it. She disobeyed because she did not care about the consequences. “The more we gave in and complied, the worse they treated us.” That’s why Rosa Parks chose to remain, she felt tired of being treated like that and she wanted to stop this vicious circle. Therefore she is a hero for me.
