这句话我理解成,1.如果你没有收到包裹 应该是海关没收了,这种情况你只会损失运费.（货物损失不由收货人负责）
2.你将只损失运费,至于海关没收的包裹,将送不到你手里.（这样翻译就没有说明货物损失由谁负责了）
这句话是卖家说的,是不是说明卖家承担包裹被没收的风险?
