随着经济全球化的快速发展，物流企业在经济发展中的作用变得越来越重要，同时也面临严峻的市场竞争，而有效的绩效管理是物流企业取得竞争优势主要途径。有效的绩效评价方法不仅能够提高物流企业自身的经营效率，而且有助于增强物流企业在行业中的竞争力。然而，如何评价物流企业绩效管理的有效性仍是一个重要的难题。
鉴于传统企业绩效评价方法的局限性，本文运用数据包络分析（Data Enveloped
Analysis, DEA）方法，通过分析相关指标和决策单元数目关系对评价目标的影响，建立了相对合适的输入输出指标体系，依据DEA分析方法中的C2R模型，借助LINGO9.0等线性规划软件，对我国部分物流企业的经营效率和管理绩效进行评价分析。
本文理论联系实际，借鉴杨德权，裴金英等人基于超效率DEA-IAHP的物流企业绩效评价中的数据，并根据这些实际的数据的分析和研究得出结论，不仅达到了分析评价国内物流企业经营绩效的目的，更进一步证明了DEA分析方法在评价物流企业绩效方面的优越性和科学性，对现阶段物流企业绩效的评价方面有着重要的借鉴和参考意义。
