Chau is a festival for the first time since the founding of New China,organized by the regional-level international arts festival,sponsored by the People's Republic of China culture.For the first time since 1998,held in Beijing,has so far held 10 sessions.At first sessions were held in Beijing; since the beginning of 2004,held in Hangzhou,Changchun,Foshan,Nantong,Zhengzhou and other places organized by the Asian Arts Festival.
