Completion of the calibration by means of the TRIM function
After an operating time of several days,the moisture value should be determined once again by
way of a laboratory analysis.If the laboratory values are consistent with the measured value of the
moisture gauge,you can abstain from the work step which is described in the following.If the

measured values,the calibration with the TRIM function can be opted once again.
ï Determine the new actual value by means of the diagram shown below.
ï Press the MENU key.
ï Press the CALIBRATE key.
ï Press the TRIM key.
ï Press the CHANNEL key several times until the required measurement is displayed beside
the CHANNEL key.
ï Press the key NEW ACTUAL VALUE.The DATA ENTRY PAGE is displayed.Enter now the
corrected value.
ï Press the key CURRENT ACTUAL VALUE.The DATA ENTRY PAGE is displayed.Enter now
the current value.The current value is shown below on the display.
ï Press ENTER.
ï This way,the new TRIM value is loaded into the gauge.This new TRIM value is saved also in
the recipe which has currently been selected in the operator interface.After the successful
transfer,the RUN Mask with the newly calculated measured value is displayed again.
ï Repeat this procedure for the other measurements in the product.
