根据研究指出,睡眠黄金时间为23点~5点,亦是身体休息的时间,睡满7~8小时为最佳.医界建议成年人应睡饱七至八小时,青少年平均睡眠时间应为八小时.但随著科技产品的进步,许多成年人与青少年,因为这些科技产品而晚睡,导致睡眠不足、不意察觉闹钟的问题.在睡眠周期中提到,睡眠分为四个阶层:瞌睡期、浅眠期,第三、四阶层则为深层睡眠.不意察觉闹钟的问题,是因为处於深层睡眠而不易被唤醒,因此本研究设计了一个改善此问题的产品-闹钟震动装置.为了瞭解闹钟震动装置的可能性与否,本研究使用了理性行为理论、非理性行为理论与科技接受行为,进行使用闹钟习惯与没有使用闹钟习惯的消费者差异性分析,以及有设定闹钟习惯并且查觉到与有设定闹钟却察觉不到的消费者购买意愿差异性分析.
According to the research report that the best time to sleep is from 23 hours to 0500 hours as it is time that our body need to rest too,hence to have a good sleep should be around 7-8 hours.The suggestion from the medical field that an adult should have 7-8 hours of sleep,young adult should have an average of 8 hours sleeping time.However,many of of the adults and youngers have too indulged in the modern technologies and gadgets and they have lack of sleep in general,overslept as times etc as the advanced technology and internet stuff have become part and parcel of our life.The cycle of sleep has four stages - light stage of sleep (theta waves),sleep spindles,delta waves,and delta sleep,the stage three and four are considered as deep sleep,it would not simply aware of alarm clock as when one is in deep sleep.Hence in this research,it designs a vibrating mode of alarm clock to solve such overslept problem.And in order to understand the feasibility of such vibrating alarm clock works and it carries out the theory of reasoned action(Rational behavoir) and irrational behaviour and receptive of technology behaviour so as to analyze the different behaviour of a consumer who uses an alarm clock and without using an alarm clock.And to find out the differences in buying pattern/power of a consumer has set an alarm clock but is aware of such alert as well as without aware of such alarm has been set.setting an alarm clock.
