上世纪90年代以来,随着经济全球化趋势的加强,以及中国对外开放的加大,外商直接投资在中国经济中已经占据重要地位.跨国公司通过外商直接投资（FDI）实现其技术转移,这种技术转让行为给东道国带来外部经济效应,即技术溢出效应.通过技术溢出效应,东道国的技术水平、组织效率和管理技能不断提高,东道国经济走上增长的道路.本文从FDI的技术溢出效应的主要途径,限制因素以及对东道国的意义入手,深入分析了外商直接投资的技术溢出效应.同时以我国汽车产业的技术溢出效应为例,具体分析了我国汽车产业技术溢出效应的现状及问题,并对此提出了相关建议与对策.

Since 1990s with the strengthening trend of economic globalization and the deepening of China reformation and opening,the direct investment from foreign investors has accounted for an important position in China’s economy.Multinational corporations implement their technological transfer through foreign direct investment (FDI),this kind of technological transfer brings the external economic effect,i.e.technology spillover effect,to the host country.With the technology spillover effect,the technological standards,organization efficiency,and management skills of the host country are enhanced continuously and the economy of it goes on the growth road.Starting with the main approaches,limitation factors of the technology spillover effect,and the significance of the effect on the host country,this paper deeply analyzes the technology spillover effect of FDI.In the same time taking the technology spillover effect in China’s automobile industry as the example the paper specifically analyzes the status and problems in the technology spillover effect of China’s automobile industry,and proposes some associated suggestions and countermeasures.
