*Full payment is required upon booking to secure your room.Your credit card will be charged accordingly,and a confirmation will be sent to you once the transaction is successful.
*Majority twin beds.Limited double beds available upon request.(subject to availability)
*Every occupant needs to fill up the registration card
Check-in time is 1500 hours and check out time is 1100 hours.

Terms & Conditions
a) Changes in your arrival date or cancellations of your booking must be done by emailing us at bookings@hangouthotels.com or phone at +65-64385588,or by fax at +65-63396008.Amendments to your check-in/ check-out dates or cancellation of stay should reach us 72 hours prior to your check-in date .Amendments or cancellations made later than this stated notice period will be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.(IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR ONE OF OUR PACKAGES,PLEASE REFER TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS IN OUR WEBSITE)
b) Rooms will be held for you until 6pm on the day of your schduled arrival.Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you are checking in after 6pm.We reserve the right to release the room after 6pm should no notice of late check-in be received,notwithstanding one night's stay has already been charged.
c) Please produce the same credit card used for your booking upon check-in for verification.Failing which,a full payment will be collected from you again upon check in,and a refund will be made to the credit card which was previously charged.The cost for the entire stay will be payable upon confirmation of booking.
d) Guests have to be 18 years of age to check-in themselves.Guests below 18 years on check-in date should be accompanied by another guest who is 18 years old and above.Please contact us at bookings@hangouthotels.com should you have any queries on this.
e) For fire safety reasons,guests are strictly not permitted to exceed the maximum capacity of the rooms.In the event of overcrowding of rooms,we reserve the right to require that the extra occupants pay for additional room(s).
f) A refundable deposit of S$20 (per shared room bed) or S$30 (per room) is required upon check-in for the key card.This deposit will be refunded if key cards are returned in good order.
g) All occupants to the room have to be registered with a photo ID upon check-in.
h) All hotel information that is published on our website is current and is subject to change without notice.No liability is accepted for facilities which are temporarily not available,under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences.
