The Borrower hereby authorizes the Lender to offset any outstanding debts against his deposits and other claims at all times to the maximum extent permitted by law.The offset is restricted by neither the period for the Borrower’s deposits nor the period for the Lender’s claims.
The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Lender to offset any outstanding debts against the Borrower’s deposits in any currency by deducting the balance amount of the Borrower’s saving accounts in the Lender’s bank.The Lender hereby agrees to notify the Borrower of each offset and deduction without any delay.But failing to sending out a notification does not impact the effectiveness of offset and deduction.However,all the payments to be paid by the Borrower under this contract and relevant contracts cannot be offset or claimed.(not be deducted for this purpose).
