摘 要
文章根据DF4型内燃机车启动变速箱产生噪声和异音的实际情况,阐述了齿轮系统噪声发生的机理与原因,找出产生故障的各种现象并进行深入分析,指出了设计、检修和组装中应注意的问题与改进措施.DF4型内燃机车是我国铁路干线客、货运基型机车,DF4型内燃机车辅助传动装置中的启动变速箱是保证内燃机车正常运行的主要部件.在内燃机车运行过程中,出现了启动变速箱噪声大,对内燃机车司乘人员的身体健康造成了一定程度的不良影响.为使内燃机车的噪声得到有效的控制,有针对性地对启动变速箱进行了分析与改进.本文根据启动变速箱产生噪声的具体表现形式,对启动变速箱产生噪声的根源进行了分析,在确定齿轮传动形式的基础上,通过对齿轮的几何参数的试验选择以及加工工艺的合理选择,同时通过对启动变速箱内各零部件装配方式的改进,使启动变速箱内齿轮啮合质量得到较大幅度的提高,从而有效地控制了噪声的产生.
