Communication Contexts
Now in out society, people cannot live without communications. When people work in a company,go to a supermarket to buy daily things or interact with family member, they also have to communicate with others. These communications are in the part of people’s lives. In this modern world, people always can find some ways to communicate. In this article,I will introduce three ways of communications, which are one-on-on communication, public speaking and media. These three contexts can help people understand communications effectively.
First, let’s talk about one-on-one communication.One-on-one communication is the most general ways in people’s daily lives. When people meet the other person and talk,one-on-one communication exists.Actually,in social lives we have to interact with others everyday.So,one-on-one communication can easily find anywhere. For example, when a person suddenly meets his friend,he may start to talk to his friend. At that moment,one-on-one communication happens. For above example,we can find that one on-one communication has some elements.
One-on-one communication has many elements.First,it can only happen between two people.Second, these two people should interact to each other. That means,at least one person should send the message included information to another person, and the other person should receive and may respond to the sender.Third, the period of one-on-one communication is always short.Like a conversation,one-on-one communication finishes when the sender get the satisfied feedback from the responder.
Here is the model of one-on-one communication, which one person wants to buy the cloth and cannot find the information of the cloth. Some multiple steps are in this one-on-one communication if you are in these people’s situation .First, when you find the cloth, you should know the color of cloth you want to buy. Then, you find that you need the information about the cloth. You call a salesman, meanwhile the one-on-one communication starts.Maybe your attention is focused on the material of cloth, and then you ask the salesman about this information. You send the message to the salesman and wait for the respond of the salesman. The salesman may say this cloth is made by wool. You get the feedback from the receiver. Then you may ask the price about the cloth, and sooner the salesman responds. After asking the information you want, you may stop talking with the salesman and pay the price. This one-on-one communication stops.
Above model is about one-on-one communication. From above example,we can find that one-on-one communications have very short period. In next model,we will talk about public speaking communications, which have longer period than one-on-one communication.

Now in (our) society, people cannot live without communications. When people work in a company, go to a supermarket to buy daily things or interact with family (members), they also have to communicate with others. These communications are (in the去掉) part of people’s lives. In this modern world, people always can find some ways to communicate. In this article, I will introduce three ways of communications, which are (one-on-one) communication, public speaking and media. These three contexts can help people understand communications effectively.
First, let’s talk about one-on-one communication. One-on-one communication is the most general ways in people’s daily lives. When people meet (someone) and talk, one-on-one communication exists. Actually, in social lives we have to interact with others everyday. So, one-on-one communication can easily be found anywhere. For example, when a person suddenly meets his friend, he may start to talk to (him). At that moment, one-on-one communication happens.
(For above example, we can find that one on-one communication has some elements.One-on-one communication has many elements.这两个句子重复,去掉一个,建议去掉后一个) First, it can only happen between two people. Second, these two people should interact to each other. That means, at least one person should send the message,(including information) to the other, and the other person should receive and may respond to the sender. Third, the period of one-on-one communication is always short. Like a conversation, one-on-one communication finishes when the sender (gets) the (satisfing) feedback from the responder.
Here is the model of one-on-one communication, which one person wants to buy (some) cloth and cannot find the information of the cloth. Some multiple steps are in this one-on-one communication if you are in these people’s situation .First, when you find the cloth, you should know the color of cloth you want to buy. Then, you find (out the information about the cloth ). You call a salesman, (thus) the one-on-one communication starts. Maybe your attention is focused on the material of cloth, and then you ask the salesman (for) this information. You send the message to the salesman and wait for the (response) of the salesman. The salesman may say this cloth is made (of) wool. You get the feedback from the receiver. Then you may ask the price about the cloth, and sooner the salesman responds. After asking the information you want, you may stop talking with the salesman and pay the price. This one-on-one communication (is completed).
Above model is about one-on-one communication. From above example, we can find that one-on-one communications (take) a very short period (of time). In (the) next model, we will talk about public speaking communications, which take a longer period than one-on-one communication.
