Recently,I've got a notice for renewal.Unfortunately,I'd like to quit these out in that there're some reasons about my personal.And furthermore,if there're some of the services are going to renew automatically or my credit card has been deducted some charges for those services,please assist to cancel or refund.

Should there be any services renewing automatically or charges to my credit card, please assist to stop the payment request or arrange a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your support. 呵,不太清楚为什么要用英文写,如果是老外的服务,只要不理会续期通知就已经达到效果了的.
再问： 问题是他们会自动续费的，国外续费不需要信用卡密码.谢谢帮忙.
